ClamAV Antivirus Updates Failing : rqnap

Hi, I have a Qnap T-253B nas. On the nas there is an antivirus software Clamav. Normaly the database should be update on daily basis.

The provider is probably blocking the default User-agent that wget uses (and probably the agent the Qnap update process is using). This works ...

Go to Control Panel > Applications > Antivirus. Import each .cvd file: Click Browse. Locate and select the .cvd file. Click Okay. Click Import.

Have you tried a manual update? I was seeing notifications of failed virus definition updates and tried updating manually, which worked for me.

Failed to update virus definitions. The volume used to store virus definitions is corrupt or missing. Create a new volume. Nothing has changed.
